Responsibilities included site design and permitting with Nassau County, St. Johns River Water Management District, Florida Department of Transportation, Jacksonville Electric Authority and Florida Department of Environmental Protection.

on State Road A1A/Amelia Island Parkway.

Responsibilities included design and permitting with Nassau County and Florida Department of Transportation.

Responsibilities includes site design and permitting with the City of Fernandina Beach, St. Johns River Water Management District and Florida Department of Environmental Protection with Limited Construction Administration.

Responsibilities included site design and permitting with City of Fernandina Beach, St. Johns River Water Management District, Nassau County, Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the Army Corp of Engineers.

 Additional services were mechanical and structural design along with construction management.

 

First Baptist Church of Fernandina Beach

Site design and permitting of an approximate 80,00 square foot church facility for First Baptist Church of Fernandina Beach. 

Responsibilities included site design and permitting with the City of Fernandina Beach, St. Johns River Water Management District, Florida Department of Transportation, Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the Army Corp of Engineers.

 

 

City of Fernandina Beach/Main Beach Boardwalk

Designed and permitted a new beach boardwalk for the City of Fernandina Beach.
Project was design for a new boardwalk with two (2) accessible boat ramps, viewing pad and four (4) sun shelters.

Responsibilities included design and permitting with the City of Fernandina Beach and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, with limited Construction Administration.
